Due to the handmade nature of our products, we accept returns only under specific conditions.
✔ Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged or defective.
To request a return:
- Contact us via email with your order number.
- Provide clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will offer:
- Replacement product, or
- Refund to original payment method.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or used products.
